  1. Acne is a painful occurrence and we all wish to cease them as soon as we see them. A number of acne treatments are available today, but they are, after all, treatments. They can, at best, treat acne for some time but acne can be both avoided and cured by other natural methods such as exercising and proper diet. Natural cures are, by far the best and most practical acne cures. They bring no side effects with them.

A school of thought that favors natural acne treatment believes that medicinal applications do work but they cure acne temporarily. Only natural supplements and antioxidants have been proved helpful in healing acne problems permanently. Therefore, you need not go for medicines like accutane and benzoyl peroxide. Besides, they also have side effects like redness of skin and irritation in few cases.

Right types of food help in treating acne problems more effectively. The right kind of diet includes Vitamin A and Vitamin B6 in addition to minerals like zinc and chromium. These minerals are found in vegetables and fruits.

In order to remove toxins from your body and to avoid being dehydrated take no less than 8 glasses of water every day. If you are suffering from acne problems, avoid fried stuff like pizza, French fries and snacks.

Stress, one of the major causes of acne problem, can be treated with the help of exercise, as it helps the muscles to relax and burns excess fat on your body. Stress can also be relieved with the help of other techniques like meditation and yoga. A happy and stress-free life goes a long way in ensuring acne free life.

Besides the right diet and a routine of exercise, also inculcate some good habits, like washing your hands before you touch your face. Also, wash your hair frequently in order to avoid acne. If you are among the more fashion conscious ladies, it is better not to use excessive cosmetics on your face, and even if you have to, make sure that the make up is not on for extended period of time. Try to cut down or stop your intake of alcohol and quit smoking.

These are a few things that you can do to avoid acne, and if you are already suffering from it, they help a great deal in getting rid of the problem.

  2. First of all NEW touch your pimple/ ANY KIND OF ACNE never never never pop or rip your pimples ok? it looks disgusting! and it might even leave a mark on you perminantly…just dont…..ok

first of all when you take showers do you wash your face? if you do do it VERY LIGHTLY to avoid scratching pimples.

ok now every night and every day you must wash your face, this will dry out the pimples. also there is nothing wrong with seeing a doctor about acne i do and mine are clearing up. you can get perscription acne medication and they work better sometimes. but also when you go to sleep if you have long hair make sure it stays out of your face this is true throughout the day too because the natural oils from your hair go into your skin especially if you have bangs. also keep doing this even if you get your acne away

  3. Apple Cider Vinegar worked well for me, but the best products i used are some natural indian products (i’m in a western country but purchased them from ebay and local indian store). They are cleansers and moisturisers etc but have a lot of herbs and natural ingredients.

    1. Vicco (turmeric based foam face wash)
    cleans and clears spots fast

    2. Vicco Turmeric Skin Cream
(clears wounds in about 2 days instead of 7) Also great for acne scars

    3. NoMarks Moisturising Cream (with almond, aloe, and Lemon)
Helps reduce blemishes – I stopped using some big brand acne face washes – this works much better!

    4. NoMarks (pimple cream for oily skin)

    5. NoMarks (anti-marks + fairness cream)
This one again has Turmeric in and other natural stuff. It helps a lot with acne scars and pimples.
Says it is a fairness cream but it doesn’t bleach your skin or anything, in fact im in summer and can’t say my skin went lighter, it just concentrates on dark patches where scars are and seems to lighten them)

  4. I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.

I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.

I’m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.

Literally the best acne face wash I’ve ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It’s unique cause of it’s herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.

You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn’t work it will still save you butt on the return policy.

Well good luck and best wishes.

  5. Acne Rid or remove

STOP popping the spots, also known as pimples and zits. This may make the pimple look worse due to inflammation and irritation. Popping a zit can spread infection under the skin and produce even more pimples than before. If you do pop a spot then immediately clean it with soap and water or rubbing alcohol in order to prevent infection. If a pimple erupts in a particularly bothersome place, learn how to target a single pimple. And if you’re determined to pop, learn how to pop a pimple safely and properly. If you do pop a pimple and you want to avoid anything resembling Western medicine, one thing to try is put a mixture of honey and ground cinnamon on the spot. Put a band-aid on it also. You may also want to stay away from stress.

Remove any make-up you have on. Wearing make-up can clog pores, making them dirty and causing pimples. Also try to wear oil-free makeup (if you have oily skin) or a medicated makeup.

Use a mild soap for sensitive skin but it doesn’t matter exactly what type of soap you use. It can be designed for acne-prone skin or not, but you will want to treat your skin gently. Harsh antibacterial soap may actually make your acne worse by irritating skin.

Remove dead skin cells regularly by exfoliating. Use a gentle scrub with natural defoliants like ground walnut shells, or use an over-the-counter chemical defoliant like salicylic acid or glycolic acid. Adding ground walnut shell to a thick moisturizer like cocoa butter can be effective too. Take caution, because over-exfoliating can actually increase the likelihood of acne by irritating the skin. Pat dry, rather than rubbing, since rubbing can cause irritation to the fresh skin you’ve just revealed.

  6. Actually, there is a very simple way.

Most of the time acne is due to simply a lack of zinc in your body.
so my question to you are .. do you eat enough food that contain zinc? its a mineral that is very important for your skin, hair, nails and such like. Food like fish and diary, leafy greens and broccoli, legumes and nuts..

Also.. if you want a quick, cheap but quite effective way of getting rid of pimples.. now this might not be the best way if you are troubled with dry skin… Go to a regular grocery shop or pharmacy and get a hold of a tube with "Baby Zinc Cream" in the baby section. The reason to why you should take the baby one is because it also contains moisturizing cream.

Simply put that on the acne erea when going to bed.. and this will dry it out. Zinc is also very good as far as skin healing goes.

Just something to think about.. you might just be like me and is just lacking that one little mineral.
